We aim to provide our clients with the highest quality service. Sometimes it is necessary for you to change your appointment, given it was made so far in advance or unexpected commitment has occurred, and we understand.
If you wish to change or cancel your appointment we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 72 hours notice. We will try fill the spot by promoting it on social media, if we can fill the spot no fee will be charged. Otherwise 50 % of your appointment will be charged.
