Since 2007, Salon ID has been Hamilton’s go-to boutique salon, offering personalised, high-end hair care. Nestled in Chartwell with ample off-street parking, we provide a unique and luxurious experience. Led by salon manager Toni Reti, a seasoned colourist and precision cutter with over 15 years of experience, our team stays ahead of the latest trends through ongoing training. We believe in building lasting relationships, offering one-on-one consultations to create looks that exceed expectations.

Kowhai Poroa
[Salon Owner | Business Manager]
As the visionary behind Salon ID, Kowhai brings a welath of industry knowledge and experience from her previous roles as Business Manager of a reputable hairdressing school, salon owner, and business consultant across various sectors. Her passion for empowering her team and fostering artistic creativity has been instrumental in helping Salon ID flourish. In addition to managing Salon ID, Kowhai also owns a sister salon, Archers Hair Design, located in Hillcrest, Hamilton.​
Toni Reti
[Master Stylist | Salon Manager]
With over 15 years in the industry, Toni is the heart and creative force behind Salon ID. Her passion for fashion and the latest trends shines through in her impeccable style and exceptional expertise in fashion colour work, hair extensions, and precision cutting. Toni loves transforming looks to suit her clients' lifestyles, offering complimentary one-on-one consultations to ensure each client leaves feeling fabulous.
Eve Johnson

Eve is often the first smiling face you see when entering our boutique oasis. In the 3rd year of her hairdressing apprenticeship, Eve brings youthful energy and creativity to Salon ID. Known for her soothing basin treatments and relaxing scalp massages, Eve is quickly becoming a favourite among clients.
Phoebe Choi
[Creative Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist]
Phoebe is not only a talented Senior hairdresser but also a creative makeup artist with a wealth of experience in wedding and special occasion Hair and Makeup! Phoebe is known for her attention to detail, in-depth consultations and beautiful finishing work.​
April Wilson

The first things that capture your attention when meeting April, is her radiant smile and welcoming, positive personality.  April loves meeting new clients as well as chatting and catching up with our gorgeous, regular Salon ID clients.  April is a highly competent ‘new talent’ stylist, with skills in complex blow waves, glamour curls and luxurious hot towel hair treatments.​

Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours, and our team works hard to ensure every appointment is a top-notch experience. If you need to cancel, please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% booking fee on your next visit.
